This Policy explains how S.R.L. „DR. SAMSON DENTAL STUDIO" collects, uses and protects the personal data of patients and visitors of the drsamson.md website, in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

• Identification and contact data you provide through the appointment form: name, phone, e-mail, preferred date, desired service and your message.
• Health data (special category): information about your dental/medical condition shared during booking or consultation, necessary to provide dental services.
